Acousti-Craft corner horn cabinet, w/ Stephens Tru-Sonic 122 AX coaxial speaker

Stephens Manufacturing of Culver City California (circa 1956?) corner loaded horn speaker cabinet with Tru-Sonic 122 AX 12 inch 16 ohm coaxial speaker.
The speaker has one repaired puncture wound but sounds great with no discernible noise from the repaired cone area. This cabinet came from an owner in North Hollywood, California with no moves after the cabinet was bought in the '60's until I put it in storage about six years ago.  The family's oldest son (a close friend of mine) owned up to being responsible for the puncture wound (as a child) visible in the picture of the front grille cloth. It has been thoroughly cleaned and reasonably polished with new hardware installed for the speaker mounting and rear baffle mounting.  The cabinet could be restored with a medium level of effort.
Local pick up would be the preferred transaction but I will package and ship if needed. A custom sized box will have to be made so the handling fee will be 5 and the shipping will be for a 36 inch X 30 inch X 24 inch crate style box weighing 85 pounds.
