Hi,
This sale is a pair of Boston Acoustics A400 Floor/ Tower Speakers that are in GREAT physical and operating condition. I'll rate them as 7.5 - 8 on a scale on 10. Absolutely beautiful speakers.
They were TOTL speakers for Boston Acoustics and are very rare.
They were recently reconditioned.... New foam surrounds were installed. The cabinet veneer was cleaned, polished and conditioned with Bee Wax (Hand rubbed) however they may still show some minor blemishes from normal use and age. Tested before listing.... Absolutely beautiful sound with no distortion or vibration. Missing the metal balance/ stabilizer stands. They are fine on the wooden or tiled floor however carpet can be a little tricky. Most people remove the risers to give the speakers a more sturdy balance. These were (and still are) highly acclaimed speakers and would be a big plus for ANY system!
