WOMEN'S GENTLY WORN CITRON of SANTA MONICA 2-PC TANK DRESS With SHORT SLEEVED MATCHING CAMP SHIRT “CHAIRS” RAYON S
. There are no stains or holes however the  dress
needs to be rehemmed
.  Unless you're a pretty decent seamstress, I would recommend having this done by a tailor / dry cleaner as rayon is a very fluid fabric and it's not as easy as cotton to get a straight or perfectly curved hem.  It is an older (possibly vintage) piece from CITRON and is
made in the USA
(most of their newer stuff is made in China.)
The theme is CHAIRS.  A cool dress for the chairperson of the dept or a committee!
It appears to be a
generously cut
size
small
.  Here are the measurements:
Dress
-- 17 inches from armpit to armpit; length measured from the dip in the neck in the back to the edge of the dress 43 inches.  Widest measurement from seam to seam is 20 inches.  It's probably mid-calf in length on an average size woman (5'6-7") and it does flare out a little.
Shirt
-- 18 inches from armpit to armpit; length 24 measured down the center of the back.
