    CORK LINED BEER BOTTLE CAPS. NEW IN BOX. ONE GROSS (144). JOINTITE. Mundet Cork Corporation. North Bergen, New Jersey. They began producing cork related products in 1918. Lawsuits involved in some of their products that were known to contain deadly Asbestos. In 1963 Crown Cork and Seal acquired the company and stopped producing everything except the cork lined bottle caps. The Crown Cap as it is referred to was first invented in 1892 by William Painter. This is a flash from the past.
    1950's bottle caps still in original box. Box is pretty worn and some of the caps are scratched also. No bar code on box. I didn't count them but it still seems full. Great display piece and many conversations to come. Pretty cool find.
