Large Advents ( Extremely Rare Solid Oak Veneer ) All Original Pro-Re-foamed

If you are an Advent collector, these are a pair to have, extremely rare and some say the 5012 are the best sounding of all the Large Advents. These are in very good all original condition. Just professionally re-foamed by Chasrock Services right here in Rochester, New York. The high quality surrounds were provided by none other than " Mr. Rick Cobb". The voice coils were aligned to a 30 hz tone. This insures the absolute best sound while retaining the original dust caps.
There are some signs of age and use on the bottoms and a very slight stain on one grill.
This is a very, very rare model of Large Advents!
This is only the 2nd pair of these I have ever seen, and I have sold and restored 100's of pairs of Advents!
The last pair I had, I gave to my best friend as a going away present, when he retired to Northport Florida over 5 years ago. PLEASE look carefully at all the pictures for their exact condition.
These could be the best looking, best sounding Large Advents ever made. Extremely hard to find, especially in this great all original condition!
I still believe that the Large Advents are dollar for dollar the best value in a vintage loud speaker. I have cut and pasted another opinion about the reputation and sound quality of these. Double them up, add power and the magic begins! I always have a set doubled up in my studio and enjoy shocking the audiophile snobs and non-believers. I would have to say that

They put that package through rigorous testing including the following:
Shock Test: (10 random drops from 30 Inches)
Compression Test: The package is then tested in a press at 976.94 lbs. of pressure.
Vibration Test: The package is then put on a vibration table and violently shaken for 45 minutes.
You must pass all three tests without any damage, cosmetically or functionality.
These will be double boxed, surrounded in foam to insure safe undamaged delivery to your home or business. Yes, the shipping cost is a little high, but electronics are fragile and do require a lot of packaging and time to get them done right.
