These are huge! and there is no way we will risk shipping and then have a buyer want a return or risk falling prey to ebays easy return scams.
Prospective buyers will come to our shop and listen to them prior to removal,  so the buyer is fully satisfied with them before they leave the building.  (If prepaid and when you come listen to them here, you find they are for some strange reason not to your full satisfaction, then we can simply do a full refund and relist them.)
Once they leave the building they are yours to have and to hold from this day forth!
If you arrange your own 3rd party pickup without evaluating them here first, then you are buying them for parts/as is with no returns.
These fine speakers came from an estate of an audiophile who kept his gear in top notch condition.  The foam surrounds are all good and on woofers and mids all have been replaced at some point in recent history.
We have listened to them and listened to each driver to verify all drivers are working.
All drivers are confirmed working.
Some little signs of age or scuffs on the cabinets but overall nice. We have them hooked up to a tuner and amp so you can come hear them play or bring your phone or ipod and we can plug into the amp line input so you can hear your favorite music on them and see what you have been missing all these years!
You will hear them play before buying! Appointment is required Mon-Fri 9-5. No Saturdays or Sundays

Guaranteed good and all drivers working when you come have a test listen and buy, no guarantees after removal,  as any speaker can be damaged if dropped or turned up too loud for too long or your teenager gets a hold of them!.

We are located in Owego, NY (Near Binghamton where McIntosh is made! ) just off of Rt. 17/I-86 (approximately 3 hours from NYC, Rochester, Albany, Buffalo, Philadelphia; 2 hours from Syracuse; and 4 hours from Lancaster, Pittsburgh, Harrisburg).
PLease note We are NOT in OSWEGO that town is 3hrs north of here!
Some sellers charge a pickup fee. Our fair policy is this : NO PICKUP FEE, however Pickup is ONLY available Mon. - Fri. 9-5 (NO weekends; we do not stay late or come in early). You must let us know ahead of time when you can come and then receive acknowledgement that we have item ready for pickup. Prepay or bring cash on pickup (CASH ONLY, No checks!)
pickup is due within 2 weeks of the end of auction. /week storage fee thereafter.
Boxes or packing materials are not included, but may be purchased here at additional costs.
