    The Chard 18-Quart Dual-Basket Propane Fryer features 2 heavy-duty aluminum fry baskets that fit safely into an 18-qt. aluminum pan. The CSA Design Certified unit also includes a 50 000 BTU cast iron burner and an adjustable regulator with hose. And the 21" welded stand has added stability to all 4 feet. Comes with 5" deep-fry thermometer.
