Condition: Brand new without tags. Perhaps some light, subtle shop/storage wear present, but nothing particularly noteworthy. This is a new old stock halter, older model from the late 90’s to early 2000’s I believe, which was properly stored in a climate controlled setting so the leather is supple with a nicely conditioned feel and in excellent shape. A terrific find!
