The poster has light yellowing as you would expect, minor edge and corner wear, heavier wear and wrinkling along the horizontal fold, especially on the left side, and a handwritten year 1969 at the upper-right corner. The image on this poster is strangely erotic, I don't remember anything like this in the movie I saw, LOL. Please also note the misspelling of the actress's name as Judith O'Deal.
