Here comes one brand new high quality replacement voice coil for the tweeter of the Sony SS-G9 speakers.
Made
as close as possible to the original voice coil
on very rigorous technical specifications, with copper clad aluminum round wire.
The only difference is that the original voice coil uses a curled Mica former when the new one uses a Kapton former.

This voice coil could also be used as an upgrade for the SS-G7 tweeter.
It will allow more sensitivity than the original SS-G7 voice coil, better definition, less power handling. Filters to be adjusted accordingly.
More than 30 years old tweeter voice coils are very fragile.
Anyone who owns these fantastic speakers should have new voice coils as spare parts.
